Alright, I know, we had them earlier than Valentine’s Day as I had to take the photos for this theme. However, have saved two and put them in the fridge. Hasselback Potatoes, Potato à la hasselbacken or Hasselbackspotatis are baked potatoes that are sliced till the middle and open up like a fan on baking.
