Malagasy Lasopy is simply a gluten free, vegan pureed vegetable soup. It usually is served with a condiment called sakay and some baguette on the side. Any fresh seasonal vegetables and meat bones are all added in the pot with a generous amount of water. The mixture is first brought to a boil and then allowed to simmer. This allows the vegetables to get cooked and the meat bones to lend the flavour to the soup. Manchow Soup is a popular slightly spicy,tangy soup from the Indo Chinese cuisine. Full of vegetables, the soup is  usually topped with deep fried noodles. This soup is excellent when one is down with a flu or sore throat. Up the ginger a bit and it makes a nutritious, soothing soup. Baked Vegetable Chimichanga is deliciously healthier version, filling and quite easy to make. Generally, chimichanga is deep fried. It is a fried burrito. To make it a bit healthier I bake them, don’t add rice and add little cheese. That reduces the amount of carbs. Also I tend to fold them a bit like envelopes.
