Pesto Pasta Salad is one of the easiest, tastiest salad that one can enjoy as a light meal. Healthy and versatile, add any salad ingredients of your choice.

2 cups pasta cooked 1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium cucumber 18-20 baby tomatoes ¼ cup olives 6-8 small mozzarella balls | bocconcini ½-⅓ cup pesto ½ tsp red chilli flakes optional
Add cooked pasta in a mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil and mix well.
Chop the cucumber into chunks or slices. Add it to the pasta.
Cut the baby tomatoes into halves. Add to the bowl.
Chop the mozzarella balls into halves or quarters and add to the salad.
Add the olives and red chilli flakes if using any. If you want to then slice them into halves.
Add the pesto and mix well. Salad is ready.
for a more creamy dressing, add 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream to the pesto.
use any pesto sauce of your choice.
Add some olive oil to the cooked pasta so that it doesn't dry up and clump up.
Add any other salad ingredients of your choice, like sweet corn, bell pepper, peas, seeds, baby spinach, arugula, broccoli, etc.
