CRANBERRY SALAD DRESSING FROM LEFTOVER CRANBERRY SAUCE

mayurisjikoni
This pretty pink creamy  Cranberry Salad Dressing is perfect for the Holiday Party. With tangy and sweetish taste, it pairs well with a fruity salad. And the best part of making this salad dressing is that you can use your leftover cranberry sauce. Or make some more cranberry sauce so you can use it to make the salad dressing.

Notes

  • Adjust the salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Add a bit more oil for a thinner consistency. Alternately can add a bit of water to thin it down.
  • I have not tried this dressing with ready made cranberry sauce. If you have, let me know how it turns out taste wise.
