Top each slice with some peanut butter. Don't pile too much. Just about ¼ tsp or less. Level it out with a knife.
Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes. This will make the banana slices cold.
In the meantime melt the chocolate. Melt it in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave oven.
Using a fork dip the cold banana pieces in the melted chocolate.
Top the coated banana pieces with the topping.
Put the chocolate coated banana pieces in the fridge for a bit.
Enjoy. Alternately, put them in the freezer and enjoy them as frozen dessert.
Don't use over ripe bananas.
If the melted chocolate sets a bit, melt it again.
Don't leave frozen banana out at room temperature. They will taste all soft and mushy.
