Vegetarian Lasagna Soup tastes like lasagna with all that tomato sauce, veggies and cheese but so much easier than making lasagna. Every time I make baked lasagna I always get leftover with a couple of sheets or the broken sheets. This soup is so easy to make, super delicious, awesomely comforting during the cold season and hearty. Green Omelette is very easy to make with all the green veggies that you have at hand. I have added spinach, spring onion and had a bit of zucchini. You can add peas if you like. Add fresh herbs of your choice. I have use fresh coriander. Green Omelette is a healthy, filling and nutritious breakfast. Best part is that no artificial food colouring is added.
