    SHHHH COOKING SECRETLY # 2      I started making my choco coconut bites on Friday and kept them in the fridge so that I could coat them with chocolate the next day.     double treat The Sweet Fantasy Club’s # 5  challenge (started by Preeti of simply tadka) was chocolate barfi and eggless chocolate crepe with strawberries.The word barfi reminds me of Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. Just can’t help it… loved the movie. Barfi (Murphy) and Jhilmil were just fantastic, innocent and reminded us that basic happiness and laughter in our lives is very important. For eons the recipe for barfi has been gathering dust or rather the page has turned yellow. Its my phobia of making indian sweets.     Finally had to use an icing bag!      Our Sweet Fantasy Club #4 challenge for the dessert was churros. When I read the word, I thought, gosh never heard of churros.Research began on the internet. I asked my daughter if she had ever tasted them and she just went yummy and asked “when are you making them?” However, I didn’t get the time to make them in Bangalore.     scrumptious      My future daughter in law loves cookies. When my son came down for a few days (ok it was a couple of weeks), I sent back a tin full of cookies for her. Normally she doesn’t have any breakfast at home but might rush off to work after having a cookie or two. I baked the first lot and my son gobbled up quite a few within minutes.
