A simple dish of boiled pasta can be made into a tasty, delicious, satisfying meal with the addition of different sauces. FoodieMonday/Bloghop group members made 9 different lip smacking pasta sauces for the their #134th theme which was PASTA SAUCES.

Plantain Paneer Tikki also known as cutlets or patties is made from plantain, paneer, potatoes, spices and herbs. It is a delicious, gluten free, protein rich and filling snack that is usually enjoyed with some chutney or yogurt. Also known as muhogo, mogo, tapioca or yucca.  In fact, this dish is cooked in thin coconut milk with salt, green chilli and a bit of ginger. That is all it needs. When the cassava is done, thick coconut milk or cream is added. Add a bit of lemon juice or not, this dish is usually enjoyed on its own.
